Its been waaaaaaay too long oh blog i have forsaken thee!!!

Spring is definitely not my season. It’s been awhile since I posted, and I’ve truly been slipping on keep my blog up but that will change very soon. I’ve been swamped with schoolwork and projects, along with my sinuses kicking my ass and keeping me in bed all weekend. Besides that I’ve taking my sick time to plan out some really great things that I want to create with my blog and outside of school.

Spring/Summer Inspirations by NickiOren featuring cropped tank tops

I know this spring/summer is all about bright colors and 70's silhouettes and styles, but for me, i've been doing bright and airy prints and colors since last October and for my summer im going dark with only pops of color here and there. Im going for blacks, grays, and whites this summer and blending them with the minimalist trend. Now, my accessories, will be dark as well, but not nauseatingly masculine. It will be things like blunt crosses, twig rings, lace necklace or whatever- things like that. Color is in and its great to be in trend, but Im restarting my palette. What will you do this season?

All this week at school has been my committee's fashion week. These were taken right after our style forum which was extremely helpful for people who needed to know what looks good on what body, which ALOT of people on campus could benefit from, but I digress. We took easily 60 different pictures but most of them were just utterly ridiculous or way too blurry to figure out what the hell was going on, mostly the latter. I'm ready to become introduced to another level of styling and fashion with other people, and mostly through networking will that happen. I'm not looking forward to the harder work its going to take to branch out, but its greatly necessary. I think I'll start small by learning my roommate's name.

Pamela Love's Fall 2011 Jewelry Collection is phenomenally awe inspiring. The whole collection as well as the models give off the galactic angel goddess warriors vibe with its usage of moonstone quarts with different shades and hues and cuts. I also enjoy the celestiality (new word) of them and its so perfect and in this year. Im actually contemplating on how im going to go about snatching one of these pieces up! Those bracelets and that necklace are to die for!
